Fish recipe from the Southern state of Kerala in India. I have always loved the coastal state of Kerala with its beautiful sea, backwaters, lush green landscapes and cuisine.

Mild and full of flavour, Meen Molee is a fairly easy dish to make!

The Kerala backwaters are pure magic, and this Meen Molee sounds like the perfect way to bring that coastal vibe to the kitchen—I can almost taste the coconut and curry leaves. I've been using a similar technique for my own fish curries, so I'm curious to see how your spice blend compares. https://deepfacelab.pro

The Kerala backwaters really do set the perfect scene for a meal like this—that coconut-milk richness sounds just right for a monsoon evening. I’ve been using a similar technique for tempering, so this is a great next step to try. https://ai-picture-generator.net
