Suki's chicken recipes

This cookbook is not about reinventing the classics—it’s about honouring them. Written from the heart by UK based food writer and culinary teacher Suki Pantal. Suki grew up in Delhi in a Punjabi family who have a deep love for chicken dishes and her book is a celebration of tradition, flavour, and nostalgia. Suki' recipes  are been inspired by regional chicken recipes from all over the country and make an appearance in her cookbook with backgrounds stories and history of the dishes! Most of the images on the cookbook are shot by Suki herself.

So, whether it’s the rich Amritsari Murgh from Punjab, the smoky Hyderabadi Nizami Murgh, or the fiery Mangalorean Ghee Roast, with each recipe , Suki takes you on a deep dive into India’s regional flavours, cooking techniques, and cultural traditions.

"For those who adore Indian food and want to go beyond the usual Tikka Masala, this is the book that will change the way you cook and enjoy chicken curries at home" says Suki Pantal.
