Spicy masala chicken wings in air fryer
My love for the air-fryer just grows on a daily basis! Chicken wings is a dish that I love and would devour anytime, but, probably would not make as frequently as I wanted at home if I didn’t have an air-fryer. Now, there is no stopping me to make masala infused spicy wings in less than 20 minutes!
Cooks- 4-5 people
Dish: Starter
Spice level: medium to high
Ingredients
1 kg chicken wings
3-4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger garlic mince
Salt
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala/ dried mango powder
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
2 teaspoons garam masala
One chopped chilli
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Little oil
1 tablespoon fry roasted gram flour
Pinch of turmeric
Juice of one lemon
Marinate the wings with salt and lemon juice while you prepare the second marinate.
Toss all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add each wing and nicely cover it with the marinade. Keep in fridge for minimum 2 hours.
Airfry the wings at 200 degrees for 22-25 minutes. The longer you keep the more charred the outer coating gets- the way I like it. Shake the wings d wry 6-7 minutes. Baste with leftover marinate or some oil after 10 minutes of frying.
Serve with lemon, onion rings, coriander chutney are chopped chillies!
Enjoy!
